TERMS OF SERVICE
1. COPYRIGHT AND OWNERSHIP1.1: My commissions are a service, not a product, this means that I am still the copyright owner of the art.1.2: I do not claim ownership over the characters used in the art, nor do I have the right to do it.1.3: I will post the commissioned art on my socials with a watermark, while stating it's a commission and who commissioned it (unless requested otherwise).1.4: The art you will recieve will not be watermarked, but you are obligated to provide credit to me if you post it online, profile pictures and banners don't require credit, but it would be appreciated.1.5: Commissioned artworks are for personal use only, commercial use is not allowed.1.6: The art will be provided to you within one to two weeks after payment, I will provide updates on both progress and delays. Full renders may take longer, and this will be discussed with you beforehand.2. PAYMENT AND REFUNDS2.1: I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason. Please read my ''do's and don'ts'' list before contacting me.2.2: You will be provided a loose sketch after I accept the commission and I have given you a quote, if we agree to continue, you have to pay the full amount upfront.2.3: You have the right to cancel your commission at any time, we can negotiate an appropiate refunded amount depending on the progress made up to that point.2.4: I reserve the right to cancel a commission that i've already started working on, the same refund rules still apply.2.5: I am not responsible for your financial choices before, during or after the commission work, I am only responsible for making the art for you and fulfilling my service within previously stated terms.2.6; I accept payment through Ko-fi and Paypal, my Ko-fi is linked through the coffee icon, I will provide my Paypal in direct messages if that is the desired payment method.3. ARTWORK3.1: I require proper reference to draw, I will not draw anything based on only descriptions or very loose image reference.3.2: I work in Clip Studio Paint, I provide a .png file of the artwork, unless you want another type of file like .jpg, I do not provide prints or traditional artwork, and I don't provide artwork in formats that include layer information like .csp or .psd . I can, however, provide a timelapse if desired, but this has to be discussed beforehand.3.3: I will not do NFTs or anything crypto-currency related. And the use of my art for training artificial intelligencies is strictly forbidden, commission or not.3.4: I will share progress made on my art regarding categories like sketching, lineart, colouring and rendering to you in private. You can do revisions at those times.3.5: You are allowed to do revisions as long as they are related to the stage of the process the drawing is in. Anything that isn't related to that stage will be subject to extra fees, we can negotiate the price.4. DO'S AND DON'TSThis list refers to the themes I'm okay with drawing and the ones I will not draw.4.1: WILL DO:
· Original characters, with reference provided by the buyer.
· Fanart of existing and established characters.
· Real People (in my own style).
· Monster-girls, monster-boys and the sort.
· I will be able to slightly mold my style to your liking.
· Furry art.
· Animals, however, they would come at an additional fee depending on their size and complexity.4.2: WILL NOT DO:
· Fetish art.
· NSFW
· Big vehicles and mecha.
· Design work. I will not design or help to design a character.
· Reference sheets, if I ever offer this service in the future, I will take it out of this section.
· ''Bara'' and generally nothing with very exaggerated proportions.
· Comics.4.3: ASK ME ABOUT:
· Robots or cyborgs.
· Suggestive stuff.
· Characters with furry skin or features.
· Gore and blood.
· Un-anthropomorphic creatures like monsters or robotic machines.
· Anything that I haven't mentioned in this section.5. PRICING AND SERVICE
